Rooto Work · for delivery and service drivers
Your whole day, planned in one tap —
and it keeps working when the signal doesn't.
Paste the list, photograph it, or say the addresses. Rooto matches them, finds the best order, keeps your time windows and drives the day turn by turn. At a loading dock or on a back road with no bars, you can still skip a stop, change the order, search the next address — the day keeps going. Your days stay on your phone.
The day
From a list to a route in three taps
Every way a list reaches a driver is a way in. Nothing you paste, scan or say is kept by anyone but you.
- Paste — from a text, an email, a spreadsheet. One address per line; a spreadsheet's name column becomes the stop's name, "| side door" becomes its note, "by 3pm" becomes its time window.
- Scan — photograph the printed manifest. Rooto reads it on the phone (nothing is uploaded), keeps only the addresses, in order, with the names, and drops the headings, the quantities and the page numbers.
- Say — one address spoken, one stop added.
- Import — the CSV you already export from Spoke, Route4Me or your dispatch system.
- Best order in one tap — with time windows, "do this first", end the day at a stop or back at the start, and the load order for the van (last stop deepest).
- Drive it — real turn-by-turn with lane guidance, speed limits, camera and hazard alerts, on the phone, on CarPlay and on Android Auto.
- Mark it — Done, Not home or Skipped, a note in your words, a photo at the door. At the end of the day: the stops, the miles, the hours — shared as a spreadsheet or a message. Your days never expire and never leave the phone.
The part nobody else has
Skip a stop with no signal. Search an address with no signal. The day keeps going.
Every delivery and service driver loses signal in the same places every day: the dock, the basement, the county road. Other apps say "works offline" — the honest reviews say test it yourself, because most of them freeze the moment the plan changes. Rooto was built from the start for the drive with no network:
- Before you leave, Rooto saves the roads around the whole day — every leg — on the phone, and tells you when it is done ("Route protected").
- With no signal, a wrong turn gets a new route from the phone itself — to the next stop, not past it.
- With no signal, Skip this stop and Go here next still work: the stops are updated and the phone plans on. Measured on a real drive: under a tenth of a second.
- With no signal, the search still answers: towns and ZIP codes, your saved places, and — with your state's packs on the phone — street addresses (to the block) and businesses.
- At the end, the receipt: the miles, the minutes with no signal, and every reroute the phone handled on its own.
