A Route4Me alternative for the solo driver

Route4Me is a fleet product first. Forty thousand businesses use it, and a dispatcher with a hundred vans gets a lot for the money. A single driver tends to find something else: a Basic tier that needs add-ons to do the day, free routes that expire in seven days, an account to keep signed in, and a navigation screen that many drivers end up handing to Google Maps or Waze anyway. Rooto Work is the other shape: one driver, one price, no account, the driving built in, and a day that keeps working with no signal.

Where Route4Me is still ahead

If you are the dispatcher, not the driver, Route4Me is the bigger tool: a web console, team routing, telematics, signatures and a proof-of-delivery PDF, and an API. Rooto Work does not have a dispatcher's screen and does not pretend to. It is for the driver who gets a list and plans their own day, and for the owner-operator who is both. Signatures are on the list; the photo and the note at the door are there today.

Move your routes

  1. In Route4Me, export the route as a CSV, or copy the addresses from the stop list.
  2. In Rooto Work, open the planner and tap Import for the file or Paste for the text. A name column becomes the stop's name; a note column becomes the note at the door; a time becomes the window.
  3. Tap Best order, then Start.

Every Rooto day exports as the same spreadsheet, so a week's trial costs you nothing in routes, and nothing is held hostage if you go back.

What it costs

Rooto Work is a tier of Rooto Pro: everything Pro does on every drive, plus the day planner, at one price with a 30-day free trial and no add-ons. The current price and the founding-driver price for the first 500 subscribers are on the Rooto Work page.
